A DTF gang sheet is a single sheet of direct-to-film transfer film with multiple designs printed on it at once, arranged, or "ganged", to use the space efficiently. The term comes from commercial printing, where ganging means putting several jobs on one press sheet to save money. In DTF, the principle is identical: you buy the film by the sheet rather than by the design, so filling the sheet reduces what each individual transfer costs you.
Once the sheet arrives, you cut out each design with scissors or a craft knife as you need it and press them onto garments individually. The sheet is not pressed as a whole. It is a sheet of many separate transfers that simply happened to be printed together.
