Due to the specialized nature of our products, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept returns for any reason. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Shipping Rates and Insurance
Shipping prices are calculated based on the weight of your purchase. Please note that we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they leave our facility. For added peace of mind, we recommend selecting priority shipping, which includes insurance coverage for your package.
Order Processing Time
We strive to dispatch all orders promptly. Typically, orders are shipped within 2 to 3 business days from the date of purchase. However, please note that DTF transfers require additional processing time of 4 to 7 business days. If your order contains different types of items, they will be shipped at the later date to ensure all items are included. Please be aware that we do not process orders on weekends or holidays. Business days are counted as Monday through Friday only, excluding national holidays.
