Shipping Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Due to the specialized nature of our products, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept returns for any reason. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Order Processing Time

Orders placed before 2 PM EST are printed and shipped the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff are printed and shipped the next business day. We do not process orders on weekends or holidays. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays.

Delivery Time

Delivery time is separate from processing time. Once your parcel leaves our facility, how quickly it arrives depends on the UPS service you select at checkout, from economy ground through to overnight. Transit times are set by UPS and the service level you choose, so please select the speed that matches your deadline.

Shipping Rates and Insurance

Shipping prices are calculated based on the weight of your purchase. Please note that we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they leave our facility. For added peace of mind, we recommend selecting a priority service, which includes insurance coverage for your package.

Shipping Origin

All transfers are printed and shipped from our production facility in Atlanta, Georgia, and we ship nationwide across the United States.
