How do I know if my order is confirmed?
As soon as you check out, you'll get an order confirmation email with your order number at the address you entered. If it isn't in your inbox within a few minutes, check your spam folder, then email orders@eazydtf.com and we'll confirm your order for you.
Can I change my shipping address after my order is placed?
Email orders@eazydtf.com as soon as possible with your order number and the corrected address. We can update the address any time before your order ships. Once it has shipped, we can no longer change it, so the sooner you let us know, the better.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. EazyDTF ships DTF transfers and gang sheets to addresses within the United States only, by UPS. Orders over $100 ship free anywhere in the US, and our DTF sample pack always ships free.
How long will it take until I receive my order?
Your delivery time is our production time plus UPS transit time to your address. You choose your UPS service and see the shipping options at checkout, and you'll get a tracking email as soon as your order ships. Working to a deadline? Email orders@eazydtf.com before you order (Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 6 PM) and we'll tell you what's possible.
