Measure the Garment, Not the Art
A design should sit inside the chest panel with clear margin on both sides.
Youth Is 70 to 80 Percent
Take your adult width and scale it down. A 12" adult front becomes roughly 9" youth.
Start Two Inches Below the Collar
For a full front, the top of the print usually sits 2 to 3 inches under the collar seam.
Size Up, Never Up-Scale
Export artwork at 300 DPI at final size. Enlarging a small file afterwards softens edges.

What If My Size Is Not Listed?
The twenty stock sizes cover the vast majority of garment printing, but they are not a limit. Anything outside them, including oversized back prints, unusual aspect ratios, or a batch of mixed dimensions, goes on a gang sheet where you set the exact size of every design yourself. Getting Placement Right on the Garment
Fold to find the centre
Fold the shirt lengthwise and press a light crease to mark the vertical centreline.
Measure down from the collar
Two to three inches below the collar seam for adult full fronts, less for youth.
Check with the transfer in place
Lay the cut transfer down and step back before you press. It is free to reposition.
Press at 300 to 325°F
10 to 15 seconds, medium-firm pressure, peel cold, then re-press with a finishing sheet.
