A few practical habits separate a well-packed gang sheet from a wasteful one.
Nest tightly, leave 0.5"
Keep about half an inch between designs so you have room to cut cleanly.

What file format should I send?
A PNG at 300 DPI with a transparent background is ideal. If you are uploading a pre-built sheet, size the canvas to 22 inches wide at 300 DPI and match the length to the sheet you are ordering.
