EazyDTF Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) governs the manner in which EazyDTF (referred to as “EazyDTF” / “we” / “our” as applicable) collects, uses, maintains, and discloses information collected from users (each, a "User" / “you” / “your” as applicable) of www.eazydtf.com, its ecommerce website specializing in DTF printing services and accessories (collectively, the “Sites”). This privacy policy applies to the Sites and all products and services offered by EazyDTF and its associated brands and company.
Your Personal and Business Information
We may collect personal identification information from users in various ways, including, but not limited to, when users visit our Sites, save a design, place an order, respond to a survey, and in connection with other activities, services, features, or resources we offer on our Sites. Users may be asked for, as appropriate, their name, email address, mailing address, phone number, and payment information for the purpose of saving your design or processing your order. For quality and maintaining customer service levels, we record both incoming and outgoing phone calls in our system. We may also review your phone calls live or after completion from time to time.
When visiting our Sites, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Sites, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to us, and information about how you interact with the Sites.
We collect content in the form of a user's design. This can include uploaded images and text, which may include personal information if the user so chooses.
We will collect personal identification information from users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Users can always refuse to supply personal identification information, except that it may prevent them from engaging in certain site-related activities, such as placing an order.
Third-party companies may retain a token of your credit card through our payment processor to rebill or refund your credit card.
Given that reorders and login do not necessarily require a password, your design and order will be published if your email address is used to log in by someone other than you. Your invoice may also be published after shipping for easy access for our customers with limited information.
Non-personal Identification Information
We may collect non-personal identification information about Users whenever they interact with our Sites. Non-personal identification information may include the browser name, the type of computer, and technical information about users' means of connection to our Sites, such as the operating system and the internet service providers utilized, and other similar information.

Behavioral Marketing
We use third-party services, such as the Gobot app, to send users messages regarding abandoned shopping carts, ongoing shopping sessions, personalized marketing, and product updates. Gobot may collect information such as device type, operating system, geographic location, browser type, ISP, pages visited, links clicked, text entered, mouse movements, referring URL, and cookie data to provide these services. Behavioral Advertising
We use your personal information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you. We may retain personal information provided through our Sites for our records and for marketing purposes unless and until you ask us to delete this information. We will also retain phone call recordings, both incoming and outgoing, in our system.
Currency Conversion
By using our website, you (the visitor) agree to allow third parties to process your IP address, in order to determine your location for the purpose of currency conversion. You also agree to have that currency stored in a session cookie in your browser (a temporary cookie which gets automatically removed when you close your browser). We do this in order for the selected currency to remain selected and consistent when browsing our website so that the prices can convert to your (the visitor) local currency.
