Is the gang sheet builder free?
Yes. The builder itself costs nothing to use. You only pay for the printed sheet, which starts at $14.00 for 22 x 24 inches.
Do I need design software to use it?
No. You arrange your sheet as part of the ordering process on the product page, then submit it with your order. There is nothing to buy or install.
What size should my images be before I upload?
Export at 300 DPI at roughly the size you intend to print. The builder lets you scale afterwards, but starting at the right resolution keeps edges and small text crisp.
Can I save a sheet and come back to it later?
Build your layout in one session and add it to the cart when you are happy with it. If you want a reusable layout, export your finished sheet as a PNG and upload it next time instead.
What if my design has a white background?
Save it as a PNG with the background removed. A white background will print as white ink on the garment, which is rarely what you want.
How small can a design be?
There is no hard minimum, but keep lines and text at least 3 pixels wide at final size so they hold detail through printing and pressing.
