Medical, dental, veterinary, chiropractic and physical therapy practices use our custom DTF transfers to put their logo on scrubs, lab coats and staff polos. You can brand a whole team at once or add a single new hire later, because there is no minimum order and no setup fee.

Orders placed by 2 PM EST ship the same business day, and shipping is free on orders over $100.

Built for Uniforms That Get Washed Constantly

Clinic apparel goes through the wash after almost every shift. A properly pressed DTF transfer holds up through 50 or more washes without cracking, and the white underbase keeps a logo crisp on navy, black, wine and ceil blue scrubs alike.

Many scrubs are polyester or poly blends, so press them at the lower temperature listed below. That keeps the fabric from scorching and stops the scrub dye from bleeding into the print.

What Practices Usually Brand

  • Scrub tops: a left-chest logo at about 3 to 4 inches wide.
  • Lab coats: the practice name above the pocket, with the provider's name and credentials underneath.
  • Front-desk polos and jackets: the same logo for a consistent look from check-in to exam room.
  • Community event shirts: health fairs, fun runs and fundraisers.

Staff names and titles fit neatly on one gang sheet alongside the logo, so a whole team can be printed in a single order.

Three Ways to Order

Order DTF transfers by size when you have one design in one size. Stock sizes run from 2 x 2 to 12 x 16 inches. If you have several designs, names or sizes, the Gang Sheet Builder lets you arrange them on a single 22.5-inch-wide sheet and pay for the sheet rather than each piece. If your layout is already done, upload your own gang sheet as a print-ready file, up to 300 inches long. Not sure what size to pick? The DTF transfer size chart lists recommended widths for every common placement.

How to Press Them

Set your heat press to 315 to 325°F, press for 15 seconds with firm pressure, let the transfer cool and peel the film, then press again for 10 seconds. On polyester performance fabric or anything heat-sensitive, drop to 265 to 280°F for 20 seconds. A household iron can work for a small design in a pinch, but a heat press gives far more consistent results.
