DTF Transfers for Parties and Group Events
Matching shirts make a party feel planned and make every group photo better. Our custom DTF transfers let you print one design, or a different name on every shirt, and press it on at home. There is no minimum, so you can order exactly as many as your guest list needs, whether that is six bridesmaids or forty cousins.
Orders placed by 2 PM EST ship the same business day, which helps when the party is closer than you planned. Shipping is free on orders over $100.
Parties We Print For
- Birthdays: squad shirts, milestone birthdays and kids' parties. See our guide to birthday party shirts.
- Bachelorette and bachelor weekends: a shared design with each person's name or role.
- Family reunions: a family name, year and location, often in several colors so each branch matches. Our family reunion guide has layout ideas.
- Graduations: class year and school colors. See graduation party shirts.
- Quinceañeras, theme nights and holiday parties: anything you can design, we can print.
Why DTF Works for One-Time Events
Party shirts are usually a one-off run, which is exactly where screen printing gets expensive. DTF has no screens and no per-color charges, so photos, gradients and multi-color designs cost the same as simple text. The white underbase keeps colors bright on dark shirts, and the prints survive 50 or more washes, so the shirt still looks good long after the party.
If every guest gets a different name, put all of them on one gang sheet. You pay for the sheet, not for each name.
Three Ways to Order
Order DTF transfers by size when you have one design in one size. Stock sizes run from 2 x 2 to 12 x 16 inches. If you have several designs, names or sizes, the Gang Sheet Builder lets you arrange them on a single 22.5-inch-wide sheet and pay for the sheet rather than each piece. If your layout is already done, upload your own gang sheet as a print-ready file, up to 300 inches long. Not sure what size to pick? The DTF transfer size chart lists recommended widths for every common placement.
How to Press Them
Set your heat press to 315 to 325°F, press for 15 seconds with firm pressure, let the transfer cool and peel the film, then press again for 10 seconds. On polyester performance fabric or anything heat-sensitive, drop to 265 to 280°F for 20 seconds. A household iron can work for a small design in a pinch, but a heat press gives far more consistent results.
