How It Works

Choose your sheet size, upload your file (PNG, SVG, or PDF), and check out. We run a pre-print check on every upload, print your sheet on premium DTF film with cured adhesive powder, and ship it ready to press. Sheets print exactly as uploaded, so make sure your layout is final before submitting.

File Requirements for Best Results

Upload artwork at 300 DPI at print size with a transparent background (PNG preferred for raster, SVG or PDF for vector). Keep at least half an inch of spacing between designs so you can cut transfers apart cleanly. Mirror nothing; DTF prints right-reading, unlike sublimation. Text smaller than 4 to 6 points and lines thinner than 1 point may not transfer cleanly, so keep fine details slightly bolder than you would for paper printing.

Maximize Every Inch

Gang sheets are priced by size, not by design count, so the savings come from smart nesting. Mix large back prints, left-chest logos, sleeve hits, and small accessory designs on the same sheet. Rotate designs to fill gaps. Many shops fit 40 or more individual transfers on a 22x72 inch sheet, bringing the per-design cost down to well under a dollar.
